I have to admit, putting bacon on top of meatloaf is a pretty awesome idea, too. I’ve never had a packet of bacon last past lunchtime in my house, so I don’t know if I’ll ever get a chance to try it....

Here is a quick and easy one. Open a 4 - 5 oz can of white chicken breast. Transfer it to a microwaveable container. Add a tablespoon or two of your favorite BQ sauce, stir it in and break up the meat in the process.

Nuke the mixture for 1 - 2 minutes, depending on the oven. Serve between two buns or slices of bread. Almost as good as a pulled pork sandwich.
