How could anyone possibly know there are 5 for acquittal ? What does your post mean? It has no punctuation. Punctuation IS important:

Frank Taaffe was on Fox news.
He told Judge Alex he has word 5 are going for acquittal.
He told Judge Alex 1 is holding out for manslaughter.
He went on a rant against Judge Alex unfairly about pushing racism in this case.
I tried to seperate the sentences for you and put the punctuation once more.
