He told Judge Alex he has word 5 are going for acquittal.
He told Judge Alex 1 is holding out for manslaughter.
He went on a rant against Judge Alex unfairly about pushing racism in this case.

I’ve read the jury charge five times and I still don’t understand the Florida law.

I can believe that leaving the truck COULD BE “culpable negligence”, but the way self-defense is supposed to be integrated with the elements of manslaughter is incredibly unclear in the instructions as written.

And if I ever imagined leaving your truck such that you were attacked could be “culpable negligence” by the manslaughter law, I would have demanded an SYG hearing before the trial.

That’s Frank ? the staunchest defender of GZ who seemed upbeat that they will acquit if the one hold out will come over to the other side. How he knows the info. is a head scratcher and I suspect it’s wishful thinking on his part.

If the inside info is right and Zimmerman is acquitted the state is going to ask how come this guy found out before anyone else..and the jury’s verdict will be thrown out because one of them spilled the beans..I just dont see this guy as credible, maybe its just wishful thinking, either way I hope he’s right..I knew something didnt smell right about that woman from Chicago

This upcoming question will be interesting.

It is possible that it is coming from just one juror not the entire panel.

The panel may be making her ask it of the court because she doesn’t believe their answer to it.

Now that the jury is being asked for a more specific question, the question may be dropped.
