I pray for a fair and just verdict. My support and thoughts go out to the Zimmerman family and the defense team as we wait.

Fox legal....pffft. Is that anything like Greta’s legal panel of moronic clowns?
unless it was intentional...
Technically, that’s not the case. They could have reasonable doubt as to an element of 2nd Degree Murder that is not an element of Manslaughter; i.e. Zimmerman’s state of mind. Still, the self-defense issue IS the same, and should trump it.
“A good scenario:
5 of the jury members understand the main elements to convict for manslaughter, “

I’d bet the farm on just that. There’s always one PITA at every party.
I need a strong drink so I can type even better! LOL! Geesh these biased talking heads tick me off. I am not even a legal person and have been able to add 2 + 2 better than some of these enraging idiots.
they want a lesser charge because they “feel” he should be charged with something to be “fair”.
oh to only be “just tuckered out!” LOL. I’m exhausted; my life has been completely disrupted for 2 weeks; I can’t sleep, eat, or shop! I truly cannot take much more of this!
I am praying they jurors for acquitting convince those in doubt why if they have doubt, they cannot charge him with either murder 2 or manslaughter. DOUBT == ACQUIT
And I sincerely do not believe anyone on that jury was convinced beyond all reasonable doubt George’s actions live up to murder 2 or manslaughter.
I think the holdout has doubt, but just wants to do a compromise. And if they follow instructions there is no provision for compromise. If they haven’t proven murder 2 they also haven’t proven manslaughter. The doubt that exists to acquit on murder 2 is the same doubt that must make them acquit on manslaughter.
I missed the original question...
:(
Thank you....and GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Yep, my gut tells me it’s the one juror who allegedly had tears in her eyes during prosecution closing arguments.
Exactly, Freepers are being a bunch of drama queens...
Chill people. Freak out when we know something positive.
Fox News identifies Jennifer Bonjean as a criminal defends attorney, but her website makes it clear that she is a civil rights attorney - meaning she’s one more leftist propagandist.
I watched Hannity with a room full of lawyers yesterday in a group session and those lawyers were split into about as many camps as there were lawyers.
So much for the opinions of fox legal.
I would have made my decision within minutes of filling out any required paperwork had I been on the jury. This is not a hard case.
it murder 2 is off the table by self defense, manslaughter must be because it is a lesser charge. the doubt that prevents the larger charge also prevents the lesser charge. because it’s the same doubt.
Don’t feed the trolls. Anyone who bothers to listen to the talking head lawyers on TV is an idiot. Anyone who cared about manslaughter would have been on these threads for days.
“Race is not the only issue here”
Couldn’t agree more. Symbolic.
And as repulsive as race-baiting is, I still say that if the defense had insisted Mr. Zimmerman’s first name be pronounced the hispanic way (”Hore-hay”), he wouldn’t have even been charged. They went out of their way to always call him a “white Hispanic” and because he is “George” and viewed as “a cracker”...he’s on trial for self defense while being white.
my guess is one of the thinks just getting out of his car with a gun was negligent or stupid or evidence of something. One flake!
Me, too. I turned everything off except FR. Thank God for freepers!
