It’s too bad the information that Skittles and Arizona Tea mixed with OTC cough syrup makes a potent drug didn’t make it to the jurors ears.

I'm just wondering whether the State of Florida has ever prosecuted some minor for being under the influence of purple drank.

I hate to be a detail nazi, but it wasn't tea.

The 'candy' can vary (gummy bears, skittles, etc), and the drink can vary, but in this case Trayvon had a can of Arizona Brand Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail.

What TM bought at the 7-11 was not Arizona Iced Tea but Arizona WATERMELON Fruit Juice Cocktail. The whole trial was so PC that everyone was afraid to say that ‘watermelon’ had any connection with the black boy. Bernie did mention it once during the persecutors closing...but that was the ONLY time it was said. Lucky for the PC crowd that TM didn't buy some fried chicken, too.
