If it was self defense for 2nd degree murder then it was also self defense for manslaughter. I honestly do not see how anyone could convict Zimmerman.
You are absolutely correct!!! Problem is, Obama stuck his racist nose in this local issue and the controlling judge is so frightened...she is doing the bidding of both Obama & Holder!!! This woman has no backbone or fairness.....and, IMHO, she should be emptying trash cans at night, because that is what she is best suited for!!!
And.......the media, especially Fox News Channel, is making ten times more out of this local incident then it deserves. I usually like FNC....but, they look like the total buffoons that reside on the major TV networks and cable stations CNN, MSNBC!!! Sad!!!
Fact is: Except for for the TV nutcases and Black Racists, Obama, Holder and Sharpton, etc., the majority of Americans could care less about either George Zimmerman or Trayvon Martin!!! I can assure....no matter what Nancy Grace, etc. and the media tells you, no one gives areal hoot about this entire sorry, sordid incident!!! Why...even the entire Martin family was so interested in the case....they showed up late yesterday after the defense was already in closing arguments!!! Speaks volumes!!!
