I’d love for the jury foreman to stand up at the end of the charge and say, we don’t need to deliberate....not guilty all charges say us one and say us all.
The judge might well declare a mistrial for the jury deliberating prior to the presentation of all the evidence. I am no attorney, but the judge might be required to do so as a matter of law were the jury or forewoman to do something like you outline.
