Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

That sounds like a very good solution except for ammo. I haven't been able to find 22lr ammo at all, since last year, but maybe snake shot would be different. (Somehow i can't see snake shot being an ammo-of-choice for my fellow 2A & Liberty lovers!)
Do u think 22lr snake shot would safely kill small animals like possums? We have a problem with those, too. Anytime we let our dog outside after dark, we have to bang on the door and make noise to scare away any potentially-rabid critters... to give them a running head start. (The dog hates us for this and threatened to call 1-800-DOG-ABUZ. :-) We started the noise routine after the dog came back to the door one night with a mouthful of white fur!

lol. My neighbors would probably want one themselves. Until the G.R.A.B. (Govt-Run Ammo Buyout), you could sit here and listen to people shooting tin cans on any given Saturday. Yeah, I'm gonna have to look at those prices on the Judge again, most definitely. Thank you for the advice!

The longer the jury takes the worse it is for GZ. At some point it may be in his favor to have a hung jury and a mistrial declared. I can’t imagine that the Prosecution would be prepared to put on this show again. A deal for probation or some minor jail time might end up as the solution to this case. Of course, that will not satisfy the minions who feel he should swing from a rope on the courthouse steps.

20 gauge buckshot for any critter you even think might be rabid. If the shot isd to be withing fifteen feet you can use birdshot. Don’t take chances with the life of your dogs, a fluff of foamy saliva on the deck can give a dog rabies.
