Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

If this case is to be determined on things like facts, evidence, law and logic - I cannot see any chance for anything but full acquittal.

IF these jurors FOLLOW THE LAW, they can’t possibly find him guilty. So we shall see if these women are the ‘feeling revenge’ type....and vote against the law.

was the father aware that M’s online nickname was no_limit_n****? if so, the county morgue should have been an obvious place to look. if not, the father should have been aware, imho, and taken away the cell phone and/or computer access until M straightened out. imho.
THey have to take at least a day to go through the evidence...

WKMG was banned from the building, said Rachel Cosgrove, deputy courthouse public information officer.
The reason?
"The WKMG helicopter followed and possibly filmed jurors from the courthouse to their destination yesterday. Their courtroom credentials have been revoked while this matter is under review," said Michelle Kennedy, court services administrator/PIO.

I fully expect they did. They’ve been crooked in every other way.
They don’t have to.... I was a jury foreman on a murder trial. We voted right off the bat.. Convicted in 45 minutes.
I’m leaning towards the latter. Personally, I think there is too much stock put into the emotionality of women sometimes. It becomes a cliche almost. Not to sound to preachy or esoteric but I think people have to keep in mind these are individuals with their own experiences so that should count for something I would think.
You know, that is an interesting statement. It can be looked at both ways.

Testimony maybe, there is no evidence of GZ's guilt.

O’Mara lost the closing argument battle. An emotional closing argument can sway a jury as much if not more than facts. Zimmerman is going to prison.
