Prosecution has obviously been working on argumants towards lesser charges...for more than a year? Bury the defense in argumentation, case after case, none of which (so far) seem to fit.

Including child abuse is a reach. If Trayvon had gotten the gun away from Z and shot him, he could be tried as an assault. To call that boy a child is a ridiculous.
