The “judge,” biased as she is, did not allow the Murder 3 w/ Child Abuse charge to be included.Because Child Abuse can only be charged if there was intent. If the state was charging intent, they should have charged Z with 1st degree murder. Another sign of stupidity on the part of the prosecuters.
