Most Mexicans are Mestizo. Some are Caucasian, some are Negro.
Many Hispanics self identify as Caucasian. It isn’t their fault that the government differentiates.

anyhow, the democrats created the 1965 immigration act to get immigration to come mainly from non-white latin America. it was all a diabolical plan to set the races against each other , racial marxism. they have the blacks on the democrat plantation and they have convinced hispanics , other non-whites and immigrants they must vote for democrats and not republicans as the media says republicans are racists, white males who hate women and minorities and are for only the rich and white. the democrats have non-whites voting for democrats/socialism

Same scenario as Jimmy Stewart in Anatomy of a Murder. Jimmy asks an inappropriate question of a witness. Prosecution objects and Judge sustains and tells the jury to disregard. Then the client asks Jimmy, how can the jury disregard what they’ve already heard. Jimmy says, “They can’t.”

He and Dershowitz shared a panel the other day. The Judge thinks GZ will probably get convicted on a lesser. Alan thinks so too, but he's betting it'll be turned over on appeal. The Judge thinks it'll stand.
depends what he gets convicted of, if its manslaughter its the same as 2nd degree murder, he gets 30 yrs..if its aggravated assault, I have no idea what the penalty is, just have to hope for a not guilty verdict

Is this even legal? Don’t they have to decide the crime ahead of the trial? They charged him with second degree murder and it’s up to the jury to decide if he’s guilty as charged.
Now the “judge” wants change the charges to manslaughter since the State failed to make their case against second degree murder.
Maybe I died and woke up in the Soviet Union.
These people are not Americans.
