He can’t sue the state. All government entities have some kind of immunity statutes. He will have to sue individuals.

The problem is that he will be sued by the Martin family. He’ll probably be served in court.

If the Martins sue in civil court for wrongful death or some such nonsense, there’s going to be a lot of evidence about St. Trayvon that would come out that has not been allowed in this court. I’m not sure they want to go there. I believe FL has a loser pays law.
