Ok, however I have little doubt the judge asked how long it would take, no? Also, as she jammed them up with the crump depo, they had to work with what they were given.
My main point being quite simply, this judge has not given the defense any wiggle room and as such, it is her final say as to when anything occurs in her courtroom.
I’ll let it go - it’s not worth much at this point, it just caught my attention.
Let's put it this way. If it was the PROSECUTION wanting to show an animation, the Judge would have made the jury wait.
Actually it is OUR courtroom not her courtroom. Actually the people of Florida’s courtroom. A judge is yet another employee of the people. That is why there are rules as to what she can and can not do. So she does not have the final say on anything. She is there to enforce rules on all parties INCLUDING HERSELF.
