Not even procedural ones. Did West say something that really infuriated her? Did he call the prosecutors "liars?"
I’m sure West (and rightly so), is still angry about the cheap shot taken at his daughter by the Prosecution and by the Press.
I think saying "Don West for the defense" would infuriate Judge Meat Loaf.

Not in so many words, but the insinuation that they have been willfully dishonest in the discovery process was definitely there in his statements. On the other hand, as someone on this thread commented, if the persecution has been dishonest with the defense in withholding evidence, then they have been dishonest with Judge Elsie ...excuse me, Judge Debbie too. So she should be pissed at the pros, not the d’s.

I listened again to the end of tonight’s tapes...
In fact he DID say pretty much that. His exact words were that the prosecution “lied to this court”.
