Exactly. Assumed innocent until proven guilty. Assumed using his phone until proven he wasn’t.

Don’t ask me what that means on a deeper level. I have no idea. lol.

interesting paper from doj on electronic evidence. one way of authenticating includes cell towers used to transmit messages may show location of cell phones..
