When the judge and prosecution KNOW the defendant is innocent, and then proceed to fabricate, lie, and insinuate falsehoods....you get a banana republic mentality. Truth will not Set You Free, only the State will decide.
Sorta like the former soviet union and their gulags/mental prisons/executions.
