Holy smokes! Ive been in Continuing Ed class for the last few hours. Last I heard is that jury was excused and they would proffer the animated testimony.

Can anyone please fill me in on what will be allowed in or not at this point?

Hearings are still going on — no decision yet.

They did the animated video proffer, “judge” will render in the morning. This proffer, Connor(?) came in with cell phone data. He’s a guy with a really good resume and has been analyzing the data on St. Skittles’ cell phone...the data Defense got about three days before jury selection started.

Court is in limine still, and we’re hearing about great stuff in the texts...I think there is a lot more valuable metadata in there.
