I don’t think (IMHO) that kids that age (unless a techie) have the sophistication nor desire to spend their time removing texts. Of the five phones on my contract, I couldn’t believe my youngest was texting/receiving about 5000 texts in a month. Kids these days bring their phones into their high school classes and text during class. I got in trouble for chewing gum and passing a note. (those were the days, and the teacher would read aloud the note to embarass the heck out of you)
