It seems to me that much of this stuff could have been hashed out before the trial. the trial was started too soon?

That’s what MOM tried to say by seeking a delay to the start of the trial, but the judge “overruled” him on that too ....even BEFORE Day One.

judge might be concerned about the after trial impact of the animation played on tv... over and over and over and over again, making the judge look like a fool for allowing the trial to continue to jury in the first place

she’s worried about her own reputation more than justice imho
