I think the state feels the defense could have slipped something into this animation which could tip the scale just enough by watching it and there is no control over the whole package. They can only pick apart things seperately and create doubt. There is probably strong reluctance for the judge to allow it.
I hate to say it, considering the "judge" we're talking about, but if I were the "judge" I'd be pretty darned reluctant, too. But it would be fun to ponder before I dismiss it.
