I have to ask. Since this animation is merely a reenactment of events from testimony the jury has already heard....

is this ‘on and on BS’ really worth it? Is it really going to help the Defense’s case enough to make this “into the night” argument worthwhile. And if so, could someone please explain HOW and WHY?

I saw a comment on the WFTV blog that basically said “Since this re-enactment is based upon the states witnesses, why are they trying to prevent it from being played for the jury? That ought to tell you something right there!” LOL!
