To: Dr. Bogus Pachysandra

There is an article on the WSJ that explains that the state of Florida does not have a provision for a reduced count, it is either all or nothing guilty or innocent of second degree murder. The writer claims that even if Zimmerman is found not guilty, it won’t exonerate him because Florida juries don’t have the option finding him guilty of a lesser crime.

It sounded like another wishy washy article from the WSJ, trying to straddle the line between the truth and liberal politically popular thinking.
