In the meantime I will repeat what I heard.
Judge: “Does the jury want to go home early or stay for the next witness.”
Jury: “mumbling...GO.....mumbling...home”
Judge: “The jury wants to go....(looks over at BDLR, then turns back and says) “stay ... for ... the next witness.”
Then among the hundreds of bloggers and reporters, you should find some who would have reported that the judge ignored the wishes of the jury after she asked them their preference.
I’ll wait here while you find that.
