Objection before West finished his question. Sustained.

West tone is a great contrast to Bernie’s hysterical blathering. Bernie objecting to leading question.

I’d like to see West not give him a reason to even raise objection.

West dealing with the validity of what data De Maio used. Anothe objection for leading

Come on Don!

Trying to figure out how to ask about three branches.

He was sort of leading. He can lay a foundation however which is what he was trying to do. The next objection of “leading” was again leading and the judge overruled it. She’s not being consistent. If I were a judge, with a basic knowledge of evidence, I would be yelling at the TV right now. She is, however, letting it in eventually. Often judges will let leading stuff in to hurry along the trial. It’s better to let a good friendly witness talk however. Doc is getting a lot in that pros could have objected to but hasn’t for some reason.
