I don’t think BDLR is making inroads at all. He’s not getting the ME to state TM was not on top of GZ. And how would GZ know the guy is retreating or not. And why would GZ shoot someone retreating but NOT shoot them when they’re pounding?
BDLR is LOSING this big time.
His earlier testimony was that TM’s sweatshirt was not in contact with his chest when the bullet hit. That is consistent with TM leaning over Z rather than standing up.
