I would think you would get tangled up in those small branches (1/2 inch diameter) before you could hit anything hard.
I have a hard time watching the trial. Until I think about things (the evidence), I am a lot like “Gilligan” on one episode where every time someone would accuse someone else of stealing something, Gilligan would say “He did it, he did it.”, Then a minute later “she did it, she did it”.
That is what the attorney’s are getting paid the big bucks for, to come up with these arguments. I think Dimaio is handling them well.
