Judge is fed up with this as the state wants 45 minutes for cross. Will taked up later today. The state clearly does not want this guy’s animation in evidence.
Seems like they could have handled this hearing better, schedule wise. I agree with the call that Debbie made at this point.
She is right about bringing the jury back in..they can do this later..but she is so pissy about it.

I thought I heard yesterday or possibly Friday that the court needed to warm up the projector whenever they wanted to use it and that took a few minutes. Hmm what else. Schumacher is using a Mac which implies the animation is in Quicktime. Quicktime player runs on a Windows computer too, if it is installed— if not, it needs to be installed. Installing it requires admin privileges, and court computers might be locked down to try to prevent windows viruses.
Why doesn’t the prosecution have an animation? This is making the prosecution look bad, very bad. I for one would welcome a prosecution animation that provides the prosecution scenario, which to my mind remains almost unintelligible.

I wonder about the intelligence of the jury? Can you imagine if they are of the same level as that moron Jeantal. They would not have a clue as to what this dude is talking about.
Someone once said that our form of government was designed for an intelligent populace. Somehow, some of the players in kangaroo court just don’t seem to raise to the level of what one would expect in a civilized society. It truly is a sad reflection of what our Country has devolved into.
