WFTV is saying Donnelly was in the courtroom the 25th and 26th and they played the tape with the hysterical woman but not the GZ screaming for help tape. Furthermore, WFTV is saying the defense would have to have an active role in bringing the witness into the courtroom when he should not be and P. Shaffer said he cannot imagine that.

I listened to them off and on. And i listened, not watched, to virtually all the testimony. These guys are on crack. They hold Martin to a very high standard and only begrudgingly admit when the State blows it.
