Today, July 9th, is DAY #21 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday was the first full day of defense witnesses. Perhaps the most significant of the first set were the two police officers who stated Tracy Martin, Trayvons father, said on 2/28/12 the cries for help on the 911 calls were NOT Trayvon. Later in the day Tracy Martin took the stand and essentially said the two detectives were lying. A great analysis of the events from yesterday is available HERE.
What additionally strikes as important to us is the first signs of desperation from the original nucleus of the Scheme Team construct, Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks attorneys for the Martin family. Parks appeared on Piers Morgan show last night and the video should be watched by anyone who knows how the scheme was constructed.
We accept that Mark OMara is conflicted in this case, and he is trying to walk a fine line between presenting a defense to a case built on political pressure and outright fraud; Yet simultaneously avoiding exposition of both the politics and the fraud itself.
The intentionally avoided open doors exposing the fraud creates anxiety for those of us who know what is inside the room he is avoiding. Our prayers are that his passing those wide open doors is based on prudence [within an unknown strategy]. However, our fear is the hasty and politically correct avoidance might cause him to pass by the room holding the key to George Zimmermans ultimate long-term freedom.
It should be noted the NAACP Annual National Convention starts in Orlando on Friday; Additionally, preparations are being made in/around Miami-Dade for a Wednesday defense wrap up with a community/LEO preparation meeting today.

The defense is not bringing in the toxicology report according to MSNBC and CNN.

If this is their last witness, it looks like they won’t be doing that.

LAST WITNESS FOR THE DEFENSE???? ARe you serious? No toxicology
BDLR: Objection.
Judge: On what?
BDLR: Hearsay. Witness is stating what someone else said. Only our witnesses are allowed to do that, or witnesses when I am asking them. Defense is not allowed to do that.
Judge: Sustained.
"Z's nose looked disfigured when police showed me a picture, versus how I knew George to appear." - witness
Witness describes photo of GZ, where she identified him to LEO. She states his nose was disfigured.
Plus by having the jury remember Zim’s mom and uncle when they think of his family it reminds them that this man is himself part black. Mom and the uncle are darker than Obama or Tiger woods.
The prosecution based much of their fabrication on casting Zimmerman as a sheetwearing clansman.
Identified GZ with bloody nose. That’s my neighbor nose.
Shown second picture. Did not know his name. Had perhaps seen him earlier, in passing
Witness states she was shown photo of TM. States she did not know who he was, but that she had seen him earlier that day. Witness states she wanted to know where GZ’s wife was that night.
I’m not sure of the point in this testimony. I don’t know where the defense is going with this.
Ok then, carry on...
Why is this lady friends with such a huge racist?

What is this about????? Is this pandering to the jury? Why?
So far, it seems to have been helpful for the neighbor to testify that GZ's nose was disfigured versus how she knew it to look normally.
Interesting about no toxicology. Did the various motions about whether to permit it take place while the jury was present? If so, they now know that Martin was positive for pot, but don’t know how much or for what kind of impact. Might be a very good move by the defense.
So they’re not calling Crump, huh?
This lady clearly was friendly with George and his wife. Shows George was not a racist.
We have a photograph of that disfigured nose. I'm wondering if they are going anywhere else.
