I don't think so. I've been opening doors for women for almost 50 years, and haven't heard a complaint yet.
Don't always get a thank you either, and for those women who take it as their inherent right I'm always tempted to let the door hit them in the butt. But I don't.

No kidding. I hold doors open and smile. I guess we are both good looking “old men.” Of course I will hold the door open for men, children, and women.
I always smile and thank anyone who opens a door for me! It is few and far between, but I make sure to show my gratitude.
