It is see through so Israeli border police can see the bad guys coming
is slanted inward and has tons of Razor barbed wire---hard to scale
is heavily patrolled and monitored
has sensors that Israel border patrol will respond to immediately via air or via the dirt patrol road running parallel to the fence

Real key is a well built fence plus serious monitoring of intrusions by well armed humans. None of this virtual fence bullshyte you hear the Lindsey Grahams of this world talk about

No border fence will work without the political will to declare that anybody trying to cross the fence WILL be shot.
