Did YOU ever mistakingly call yourself a Catholic if you are protestant - or a Protestant if you are Catholic - or a Baptist if you are Jewish - etc - and don’t even realize what you’ve said until someone corrects you?

Didn’t think so...

Obama is simply to familiar and speaks to highly of Islam for him to not be a Muslim. That, and he has invited members of the Muslim Brotherhood into the White House.

He wouldn't mock the Koran like he did the passages in Leviticus in the bible. It's clear that he has only the most superficial knowledge about Christianity. Those dietary laws about shellfish and unclean animals were abrogated for Christians when Peter had the vision on the roof of Cornelius' house.

Some of the OT precepts seem a little odd like the mixed fibers, not planting different crops in a field and quite a bit more but I figure God must have had a reason for it. Seems to have to do with purity, and some are ritualistic.

The one that tears at my heart to this day is the rule about not boiling a kid in its mother's milk. Was that for us to learn to appreciate and have a tender heart for domesticated animals. So I don't know everything about the bible either but figure God has a reason.
