Whether John Kerry was sailing, or in the command center, or in Cairo, he would have done the same lameass incompetent job which he has been famous for for forty years or more.
That he was on his yacht IS OF NO CONSEQUENCE TO ANY PERSON IN THE WORLD, LIVING OR DEAD.

IT IS OF GREAT CONSEQUENCE TO THE SANE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD THAT THE IMAGE OF INCOMPETENCE AND ARROGANCE MATCHES THE ACTIONS OF INCOMPETENCE AND ARROGANCE OF THE 0BAMA ADMINISTRATION.
