Ptolemy VIII Euergetes II (Physcon) meaning "potbelly" or "bladder" due to his obesity.

"Behold, I am Set, creator of confusion, who creates both the tempest and the storm throughout the length and breadth of the heavens."

(Egyptian Book of the Dead)

Ptolemy VIII Euergetes II? The sculpture in the photo below the name, in your post, was found in a royal tomb in Vergina in the 1970’s and that tomb was sealed about 200 years before Ptolemy VIII died.
If I’m not mistaken :)
Many scholars believe the sculpture depicts Philip II, father of Alexander the Great.
