The detention of Mohamed Refaa al-Tahtawi, deposed President Mohamed Morsi’s former chief of staff, and his deputy Asaad Sheikha was ordered by the Heliopolis prosecutor Sunday..............................They are both to be held for 15 days pending investigation into violence that occurred at Ettehadiya Presidential Palace in December 2012.......................Clashes occurred on December 5 between supporters and opponents of the then president, leaving nine dead and hundreds injured. Opponents of Morsi were detained and tortured.
