A larger view of where they are treating the injured...as you see there is no medical equipment there...and few who have expereince to help...again...they "REFUSED" to send the injured to hospitals.....I understand they now have asked emergency vehicles to come in...and no surprise they are using these to smuggle in and out the MB leaders.

This was before the violence...as you can see bandages etc. as neat as possible...later will be strung all over the place....and certainly not effective for people dying and the injuries that were occurring...this is the MBS idea of healthcare in a war zone!
