Two mausoleums in North and central Sinai were bombed by unknown assailants late on Sunday, state news agency MENA reported, as militant attacks continue to rock the lawless Sinai Peninsula.
Bombs detonated at the sites of two separate shrines, one in the village of Rawda on the international freeway in northern Sinai and the second in Al-Hasna district in the center of the Peninsula, wrecking the domes and walls of both buildings, MENA added.
No deaths or injuries have been reported.
(Note: These bombs went off at the same time in both vacinities)

Breaking up the sit-ins, which have camped out at al-Nahda Square and Rabea al-Adaweya for over a month, would be undertaken according to law out of security considerations, the prime minister added.
During meetings between Beblawy and several party leaders from the National Salvation Front on Sunday, delegates agreed on the need to end the protests as soon as possible without any human cost.
Popular Current chief and former Nasserist presidential candidate Hamdeen Sabbahi proposed a police cordon around the sit-ins. It was vital the government stuck to the army-led roadmap for political transition, Sabbahi stressed.
Sameh Ashour, head of the Lawyers Syndicate and a NSF leader, said delegates called on the Cabinet to follow the law strictly and end sit-ins at Rabea al-Adaweya and al-Nahda.
Osama al-Ghazaly Harb, head of the Democratic Front Party, said Beblawy agreed with other NSF party leaders to disperse the sit-ins to restore law and order on the streets of Cairo.
Hi there! Glad you stopped by...am usually posting something so I notice when people post...but can’t always respond....
It’s quiet for the most part in Egypt today....they can’t make up their minds if they even met, or didn’t meet, with the parties....everybody is passing the buck.
Lots of rummors there were attempts at three party diplomacy from trio of foreign dignitaries.... to call a truce and negotiate some sort of understanding to break the stalemate.... but Morsi number two man declined any talks until Morsi is put back in office.
However the trio is saying they never met with the MBS nor desired to do so...so there you have it...
What IS interesting is possibility Putin’s arriving in Egypt Wed. or so...which will change the entire equation on everything there if true. So far nobody has real confirmation yet.
Thank for the up date, Caww,
Will be keeping an eye on the thread ,now I’ve found it. :)
Your efforts are incredible , future historians will think they have hit ‘Texas Tea’ when they find all this!
<....”Update: Al Jazeera communication engineer? has been arrested with communication equipment for live broadcast satellite without a permit to operate. 25 boxes of equipment seized”....>
hahhahaha.....good one Mel...I laughed like crazy...they just keep on showing they are just as much the crooks as those they consistantly show bias about...although from time to time they get it right....
I always have to confirm if someone says ‘AlJazeera reported’....but this was too funny....they were also kicked out of the camps at first til the MBS realized they needed some coverage.
BTW...the photos taken by that drone was a drone like the ones they’re using to deliver pizza’s etc.....just upgraded to fly higher.....apparently tweaked by the Morsi supporters
Is the thread difficult to find Moose????
Not really.
I make hard work out of a Dictionary.
:)
Rothflol....I wasn’t at all ready for that response....thanks for the humor...(which is especially important when seeing all the dark stuff I’ve seen since beginning this)
.....so it’s appreciated .... Sometimes I’ll even post something humorous to just rest my eyes, or beautiful....or amazing...it breaks that focus up nicely.
Goodnight ,Caww.
The Sun is coming up now. :)
Good night to you..Moose...it’s just 1:00 am here so I’ll be reading and looking for photos for awhile yet.
