MAn when your just a Sgt you haven’t got time to worry about the uppre echelon! You see it on the sleeve or lapel and you know it and and respect it! I doubt but a few service members have seen this patch on The Command Sgt MGR’s sleeve let alone know the rank! The the average soldier he is a partner of the mission and you just walk by and thats that!
Service people have lives and kids and bills to pay and could care less about Rank! But if in close quaryers of yes it is known! Service members just do the job they have to do.
Commanders ask no more or less than what that job requires.
The Military is not about tyrants asking for accolades for status but a job well done by all! That is the Goal!
