Off topic but our entrance into Heaven is not based on how good we are. So St T’s mom can make that assertion.
I think whether he’s in heaven or not has no bearing on this trial. Whatever you think of SF, this was her son and no doubt she loved him. It doesn’t make her son any less a sinner or a saint. It doesn’t make him any less culpable in his death. Does anyone really think she was going to say anything else? Of course not. Her testimony is not evidence of what happened.
