I didn’t mean “advisement” literally. Take it under advisement is the phrase the Judges in my area use after getting all the material for a motion, then recessing without rendering a decision on the spot. Attorneys have told me they almost never rule on something of this magnitude from the bench.

Didn’t surprise me she did it, but I thought she’d at least look the part of a Judge and take the weekend and spare the Jury.
