I don’t know what judges think about being overturned on appeal. I have to believe it bothers them, so they’d like not to rule capriciously and bring it on.

Her only concern is an election appeal ... which decision do you think best suits her reelection ?

She’s not up for re-election until 2019. I doubt it’s a big concern. My guess is, she won’t run for another term anyhow.
