I wonder how many other cases, day in and day out, are being conducted like this one? Makes me feel like our society is doomed...don’t necessarily believe that, but still. How many other innocent people are being railroaded as we speak?
There is no justice in our court system. Well, less than a coin toss would give.

keep in mind in family court there is no automatic court reporter.
In criminal court there is a court reporter and in this case the world is watching AND STILL you have all these games and screwups by the state. This is compounded by a blatantly biased judge.
COMPOUNDED AGAIN by a rumored sexual relationship betwee SA Corey and Witess Rao.
COMPOUNDED EVEN MORE by the state requesting martin’s local county sheriff/clerk STONEWALL/CONCEAL martin’s extensive criminal history!
I had the same, miserable experience after 21 years with ex hubby. Legal and Justice are NOT interchangeable.
I submitted a Pleading to Change Judge of Right, and of course, she denied it. She is still on the bench and is a nasty, incompetant Judge. (AZ rotates the Judges every few years to another Court type, ex Criminal, Family, Civil, Probate, Juvenile). I watched her excapades and had personal knowledge of a couple trials that should have been slam dunks for the prosecution and ended up in mistrials.
To say it’s sad beyond belief is an understatement of Biblical proportions. V3 wept.
