Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Not saying it is her, just looks like her. There were celebrated separated at birth photos earlier that was pretty funny, but, like the ME, I saw it yesterday and have no real memory of it.

I’m truly curious why you keep stating that GZ ‘followed’ TM into the dark? Do you not realize that he wasn’t following him but rather, he was attempting to get an address for the police? C’mon, at least get the FACTS straight here when you continue to beat your drum that GZ had ‘intent’.

He shot Martin, got out from underneath Martin, Martin said “You got me” and Z started holding his arms. Martin at that time was saying stuff Z can’t remember, and things like “Ow”.
Then one of the witnesses came with a flashlight, and Z thought it was a cop (he had been waiting for several minutes for the cops to come). So he got up off of Martin. IIRC he then asked the witness to help hold Martin down, but then a real cop came.
That is when Z (who had holstered his gun prior to holding Martin’s arms) put his hands on his head and told the cop where his gun was located. So I imagine Z was focused on the cop’s instructions.
At some point in those few seconds/minutes Martin probably clutched his chest wound and died.
The paramedics/cops? came and started CPR on Martin (probably already dead as no pulse). But the last thing Z saw was probably the guys doing CPR.
I think Martin’s awareness of the serious nature of the situation was when he said “You got me.” Prior to that it was just a beat-down of a “cracker” - worthy of a video post to share on the internet.
Zimmerman’s awareness probably came when the cop told him Martin was dead, with his “killing is wrong” statement. Before that it was just another checking out some suspicious punk. Something that I have done several times in our neighborhood.
I would be 'user error'.

We should do this in my community. Street signs and street numbers are so unavailable its difficult to find where you are and difficult to find what you seek.
Fortunately, the fire station is just a corner around from our street - they know where they can find us. Others, maybe not so much.
Yeah, I want my T-shirt to say “I survived the Zimmerman trial and all I got was this lousy “Creepy-ass Cracker” shirt”. lol

I’ve only said that Zimmerman was following the kid because Zimmerman told the dispatcher that he was following him. All of the witnesses have said it was dark at the time.
But when the dispatcher told Zimmerman they didn’t need him to follow —he stopped. He headed to the other side of that sidewalk (Treyvon took a right at the T)...and GZ kept walking passed that point to try to find street name/number. He headed back to his truck, again walking past the T where Treyvon went... and that is when Treyvon confronted him from behind from that T.
the screamin question is where are the God fearin law abiding Black adults and equally the Hispanic and Mexicans in all of this......and where in hell is that pride of livin and doin right

My grandparents lived on a dead end street with horse fields and a pond beyond them. Alligators were around, as well as horses. They had a pet monkey with a huge outdoor cage in the yard. All very exotic to a little girl coming to visit at Christmas.
