Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

-——————>Did that come out in her testimony today? Or is that an internet rumor.
It’s based on a CNN interview with his step mother. Pretty compelling stuff. She infers his biological mother was MIA for the most part of his life.
It migt be wise to check out the difference, in the U. S. Army, between the rank of CSM (Command Sergeant Major) and SFC (Sergeant First Class).
The gap in function and honors is rather large.
Respectfully --
That can backfire.
Thanks anyways! I didn’t know it would happen that fast.
Yep, that’s the Army I had in mind. My husband was one of those Drill Instructors.
Zimmerman is innocent...but he is positioned opposite Obama's son and Holder's people.
They have the power to kill those who seek justice.
Will they use their power in this case? Of course, I don't know.
But the verdict will be very telling. Zimmerman is innocent...a guilty verdict will imply influence from the very top.
The rank is on his sleeve and both know that. Both know there are there to do a job and not bow to the higher rank! The rank is only to know that man knows your task and is there to fulfill that task. And to make sure the task is fulfilled. And within your power you will complete the task at hand.
A salute to an Officer is a show of respect to that Officer.
But the return salute to the Enlisted man is just as improtant to show courtesy to the Enlisted man as well!
Thanks for the information and have a great weekend Uncle Chip, see you back here Monday. Should be an interesting week!!

(Time neuroscience journalist Maia Szalavitz says no...)
Really?
Correct. It's extremely telling. I'm not a Prepper, but this is a SHTF moment.
That rank was never in my mind! But I know Military protocol.
It is a lower rank I did not know about! As this is the top dog!

You sound like someone that was busted to PFC on more than one occasion. If not, you are merely ignorant to proper military customs and honors, and are making a fool of yourself on this thread.
"Enlisted soldiers who attain the distinction of being selected by the Department of the Army for participation in the command sergeants major program are the epitome of success in their chosen field, in this profession of arms. There is no higher grade of rank, except Sergeant Major of the Army, for enlisted soldiers and there is no greater honor.
The command sergeant major carries out policies and standards of the performance, training, appearance, and conduct of enlisted personnel. The command sergeant major advises and initiates recommendations to the commander and staff in matters pertaining to the local NCO support channel.
Perhaps slightly wiser and more experienced than the first sergeant, the command sergeant major is expected to function completely without supervision. Like the old sage of times past, the command sergeant majors counsel is expected to be calm, settled and unequivocally accurate, but with an energy and enthusiasm that never wanes, even in the worst of times.
Assignable to any billet in the Army, the command sergeant major is all those things, and more, of each of the preceding grades of rank.
The sergeant major is generally the key enlisted member of staff elements at levels higher than battalion. The sergeant majors experience and ability are equal to that of the command sergeant major, but the sphere of influence regarding leadership is generally limited to those directly under his charge."
