This has absolutely nothing to do with the EPA and everything to with me being a damned skinflint:
I’ve already got the fridge thermostat set as warm as I can and still keep stuff frozen in the freezer section.
Any further monkeying by anybody will result in thawing of stuff that shouldn’t.
The EPA can go screw themselves mightily.
You do know there is frozen and there is FROZEN, frozen will spoil quick even below 32°, FROZEN -10° to -20° is ideal but what you need is at least -5°.
