Incorrect; the Jesse Dirkhising case was entirely different than the Duke case, although even more horrific. The Duke serial child rapist (see my above post) was a perv named Frank Lombard; but his adopted child was not named in the newspaper, since the child was only 5 or 6 at the time of the arrest.
