The Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood’s deputy leader was arrested late July 5 in the Nasr City district of Cairo, Ahram reported. Many Egyptians considered El-Shater the power behind ousted President Mohammed Morsi. El-Shater was arrested with his brother and is being charged with inciting violence
