WTF kind of trial is this?!

I was on a murder trial and the state went line by line in the presentation of their case of manslaugher:

1) The victim was a human being.
2) In AR it is unlawful to kill a human being
3) Human victim in case IS deceased
4) Human victim is deceased by unlawful means
5) Unlawful killing of human in AR was by gunshot that was not excusable nor justified.......

..... and so on.

WTF is up with FL? Don't they have to prove EVERY single element of their case? If I was a juror, I'd want proof that TM is actually dead. PROOF. Autopsy is proof.

I would want to know HOW he was killed.

I would want to know aggravating circumstances such as mulitple gun shot wounds, execution style shot, drugs in system, etc. \

Bottom line up front: Can/will the defense introduce the autopsy EVIDENCE?
