WFT just said that the state at the beginning of the day said that they had 8 witnesses left and we have seen 3 of them??? so 5 left???? maybe
I wonder if the persecution has factored in the effect on the jury of sequestering them over a holiday and then a weekend — to fume at what a bunch of crap the pros have made ‘em sit through.
If I was on that jury I think I’d already be seriously wondering at the fairness and competence of the pros — and then if they made ME sit in a hotel room with no internet or teevee while THEY went home to a family barbecue... I’d be furious and pretty dxmn unreceptive when they came in Friday or Monday to present yet MORE nonsensical crap.
Maybe this has crossed BDLR’s little walnut of a mind.
